• Inspection – to work out exactly what shape it is in and decide how it should be cleaned according to its specific needs,
• Dusting – dust particles, dirt, allergens and mites will all be shaken loose at this stage
• Cleaning – we have two different methods for Persian rug cleaning – either dry cleaning or deep immersion. The first involves cleaning the rug with green products, The second involves immersing it in a shallow water pool, rinsing it then patting it dry with soft towels. The second involves immersing it in a shallow pool of water. Either way, your Persian rug will by now be free of stains odors and grime.
• Drying – your rug will then be put in a climate-controlled room, free of humidity. This means the remaining moisture will disappear fast and that mold and mildew don’t develop.
• Grooming – any finishing touches, such as straightening the fringe, are carried out.

By the time you receive your rug back, it will look fabulous – soft to the touch, and smelling fresher than you can imagine.
